Built in the last decade of 19th century, the Docuri Port is located on the left side of the Danube, at sea mile 80.

The pier front has a total length of 1.500 meters, of which 500 meters with frontage to the Danube, the rest corresponding to the existing basin of the harbour.

The main activities of the port are represented by port services, namely the loading/unloading in/from transport means, the management of general merchandise and bulk grains for export and import, the storage in warehouses and on docks’ platforms, forwarding and shipping the goods.

For carrying out these activities, the company has logistic facilities as storage capacities, equipments for handling the goods (lifting, stowage).

There is a customs office inside the port which allows a fast operation of the ships.
