Domestic and international trade with steel products, building materials and wooden materials on the internal and external market;
Services with steel products, building materials and wooden materials both on the domestic and external market.

SC Port Bazinul Nou SA si SC Docuri SA both headquartered in Galati, companies performing harbor activities: loading, unloading, handling, sorting and storage of various goods.

SC Euro Steel Industries SA with the head office located in Bucharest, deals with the manufacturing of spirally welded pipes with the outside diameter of 219,1- 1626,0 mm, with polyethylene wrapping and/or internal insulation with epoxy-resin.

The Group management is ensured by SC Metaltrade International SRL, which had as a main purpose the performance of a wide investment process based on a sustained activity for developing new applications, endowment and reorganization of the activities of the companies took over by privatization.
The purpose of this reorganization was to diversify the types of goods traded, processed and handled (i.e. timber, grains, oil, etc.).
