Domestic and international trade with steel products, building materials and wooden materials on the internal and external market;
Servicii Services with siderurgical products, building materials and wooden materials both on the internal and on the external market.

SC Port Bazinul Nou SA and SC Docuri SA both headquartered in Galati, companies performing harbor activities: loading, discharging, handling, sorting and storage various goods.

SC Euro Steel Industries SA with the head office located in Bucharest, deals with the manufacturing of spirally welded pipes with the outside diameter of 219,1- 1626,0 mm, with polyethylene wrapping and/or internal insulation with epoxy-resin.

The Group management is ensured by e SC Metaltrade International SRL, which had as a main purpose the performance of a wide investment process based on a sustained activity for developing new applications based on reorganization of the activities of the companies took over by privatization.
The purpose of this reorganization was to diversify the types of goods traded, processed and handled (i.e. timber, cereals, oil, etc.).
